Biography
Kim Chinquee is the author of Oh Baby (Ravenna Press) and Pretty (White Pine Press). Her work has appeared in NOON, Denver Quarterly, Mississippi Review, Fiction, Notre Dame Review, New York Tyrant, elimae, and several other journals. She is the recipient of a Puschart Prize and a Henfield Prize, and lives in Buffalo, New York.

My neighbors convened a kangaroo court. The charge against me was stealing newspapers. I contended that after 9:00 am they were artifacts not news and were therefore fair game under international archaeological conventions.
